Privacy Statement

This privacy statement describes how OptimaData B.V. (hereinafter: “OptimaData”) treats your personal data when you visit our website. OptimaData processes personal data if you provide it via our website. OptimaData considers careful handling of personal data of great importance. Personal data are therefore carefully processed and protected. In our processing we abide by the requirements of the AVG). OptimaData is responsible for the data processing. In this privacy statement we explain what personal data we collect and use and for what purpose.

PROCESSING OF YOUR DATA
By using various forms on the website of OptimaData you leave certain data with OptimaData. These can be personal data, such as your name and e-mail address, but also your CV. We only keep and use the personal data that are directly provided by you, or of which it is clear that they are provided to us for processing. We can only do this if there is unambiguous consent from the data subject. This is why we ask for consent with every form you fill out. If you fill out a form, or send us an e-mail or letter, the data you send us will be kept as long as is necessary according to the nature of the form or the content of your e-mail or letter for it to be fully answered and processed with a maximum of 12 months. The data will only be processed within the EU.

We would like to point out that withdrawing a previously given consent does not make the previously (consented) data collected unlawful.

WHAT ELSE WE DO WITH YOUR DATA
We use your data for different purposes. Below you can see which purposes. We use data received from you as well as data collected by us. For example, information about your visit to our website.

For example, to assess whether we can accept you as a client/candidate and how we can best help you. We also record recordings, for example of chat sessions. We do this for example for quality assurance or as evidence.

To continue to serve you well, we work to develop and improve our products. Constantly. In some cases we process personal data for this purpose, for example if you have signed up for a feedback session, the DBA-Café, or if you ask a question about a product or service.

For promotional and marketing purposes
We process your personal data for promotional and/or marketing purposes. For example, to inform you about a new event, service or vacancy that may be of interest to you. Or to better respond to your wishes.

Special personal data is sensitive data. For example about health, criminal record, ethnic or racial data. OptimaData does not ask this information from you via this website.

We only process special data if we have to by law, with your permission or if you ask us to. Like for example if we are going to pay you for salary administration. Do you ask us to record special personal data about you or do you make these data public yourself? Then we will only process this information if it is necessary for our services.

DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTIES
Your data are processed by OptimaData. Your data will explicitly not be provided to others, unless you have given permission or OptimaData is obliged to do so by law.

SECURITY
We take security measures to prevent abuse of and unauthorized access to personal data as far as possible. OptimaData, together with sub-processors, ensures appropriate organizational and technical security of its files in which your personal data are stored. In this way we ensure that these data can only be accessed by persons authorized by their function and that the data are only used for the purposes for which they were obtained.
